Super clean room with friendly staff. Ideal proximity to attractions.

Limited amenities and a beware of parking fees caught me off guard , which detracted from the experience.

The setting was great and ideal, close to Very near Niagara Falls and hustle good restaurant next door. Got queen room with a comfy bed when arrived, really enjoyed that.

We stayed in the queen room with a comfy bed and liked it.

Great location and comfy beds. The spot is just a 5-6 minute drive to attractions. Perfect for families!

Hotel has a great location for money u paying and rooms are big and really clean. the staff is more than helpfull in all matters. i'm definitely staying there again n again n again. just avoid weekends cuz price shoots more than a double.

very attentive staff and brand-new rooms, we had an enjoyable experience. the location of the hotel was comfortable - within a close distance from a 158 m concrete spire. there was an attached restaurant nearby. we got a room with a tub. the breakfast was savoury and very very good, variety of amazing food.

We loved walking to Clifton Hill, it's only a 20-minute stroll. The clean rooms and friendly staff. With the location so convenient, we could easily enjoy the local attractions without breaking the bank! Just keep in mind it's an older motel.

There was a bit of a hiccup with our room rate upon checking out, which wasn't what we expected.

The room had a bad odour. The walls are paper thin - the party below us kept me up until after 5am!! When someone from another room flushes the toilet, it made our room sound like we were in a very loud tunnel.

This place suits me perfectly! I love the 24-hour reception, heated swimming pool, and complimentary wi-fi. The staff once helped me with an insect bite, which I'll always remember. Definitely come for the great service!

The super nice team, especially Kim at the front desk. She gave us great tips like where to see the fireworks. Plus, the outdoor vibes by the pool were nice. Just keep in mind breakfast's not included and it's a bit pricey. A solid place for the price!

The room was large a nd clean.We did not use it but there is a swimming pool.It has an excellent location for visiting the Falls.The person on the front desk suggested an excellent Chinese restaurant for our evening meal.

There's no nice view from the window and actually there're no windows on the pool side of the hotel. Lack of fridge. The room was not clean enough at the time of check in (dust, hairs in the draws), and next day cleaning was not provided (even garbage was left in both garbage bins), wi-fi internet was not working in the room.
